I was really looking forward to my relaxing getaway, but the place was a mess! The room was dirty with leftover kids' toys and moldy floors. Plus, the bed was uncomfortable-just a flimsy blanket instead of a proper doona. Total disappointment!

Quiet and well positioned. Comfortable but basic.
Hygiene needed attention.Crockery and cutlery needed a good wash before use. Laundery and bathroom had unpleasant odour of stale water . Mentioned to front desk but it didn't improve. The room had balconies but was south facing. Would not have booked room if I had known this.

A Great Stay at Nautilus Resort Mooloolaba
During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at Nautilus Resort Mooloolaba, which was selected by my director. The friendly staff made my check-in experience smooth and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful pool area, where I could swim beneath the stunning rock pool waterfall surrounded by lush, tropically landscaped gardens. The amenities, including the spa tub and the well-maintained fitness center, were convenient after a long day of meetings. My apartment had a lovely little patio, and I appreciated having a washer and dryer to manage my laundry easily. the location was perfect, providing easy access to the beach and local restaurants.
Wish the apartment had an oven.

Somewhere different for a short stay for a relaxing time. Thanks!
Restaurant a little too restricting. A more general menu would have been appealing to teenagers.

Great location near the beach and shops, and the pool is a nice touch! The room had its quirks, like an outdated feel and some cleanliness issues, but the comfy bed and laundry facilities were appreciated. Just wish the view had been better!

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and neat with particularly nice views of the beach. The staff were very efficient and knew how to help. All the dishes were good, nevertheless you can visit nearby Yasoo Yiros Bar.

Location - close to main street
The washing machine was not working the practice of requring guests to wash their own dishes and dispose of their own rubbish needs to discontinue. if the establishment retains cleaners, these activities fall within the definition of 'cleaning' and should not be allocated to the guests, under pain of a surcharge./

Good proximity to everything with friendly hosts.
The overall cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing, with noticeable dirt and an unpleasant smell. There were also issues with the fire alarm system, which caused unnecessary anxiety , and it was annoying to deal with overly sensitive alarms when cooking. Finally, it was unsettling to find a piece of glass embedded in the carpet, which posed a safety risk.

Close to amenities
People inPool area got quite noisy at times. The sound from the water fall was loud and I found it annoying because I had to close all the windows to keep the sound out
